Originally part of a two-hundred piece run (NSC 00-31), one of seventy that were remarked with "Winner" and "Loser" text and repackaged by Micro-Trains Line for the N-Scale Collector to reflect the outcome of the 2000 US presidential election, this plastic shrink-wrapped set is comprised of two "Campaign Express" 50 Foot Standard Steel Single Plug Door Roofwalkless Boxcars with white sides, red roofs, sills, ends, trucks, and couplers, and navy blue, red, and white printing.

NSC 00-29A bears reporting number 80400, Republican Party "George W. Bush For President" and "Bush For President In 2000" logos and "Winner" overprint text.

NSC 00-30A bears reporting number 81700, Democratic Party, "Gore 2000", and "Gore For President In 2000" logos and "Loser" overprint text.

In C-9 condition with body end printing, truck mounted Magne-Matic knuckle couplers, smooth backed wheels, and a paper set liner with blue and red printing, each car is packaged in a its own plastic jewel-box with a blue and red custom printed paper insert label.
