Manufactured in the United States and packaged in an open, very lightly shopworn, brown paper covered cardboard box; this unassembled, out-of-production, C-9 condition, board-by-board construction craftsman structure kit is comprised of pre-stained and weathered Northeastern stripwood, Period Miniatures cast metal detail parts, black construction paper, card stock, clear acetate window glazing material, Campbell roll shingle material, a full color sign sheet, a color photograph of the completed model, step-by-step written assembly sheets with printed black and white photos of the various assembly stages, and plan sheets with isometric drawings and wall templates.

Cyanoacrylate (CA) and/or wood glue, paint and/or stain, and common hobby tools are required for completion.

Assembled, this model is approximately 3.75-inches (9.525 cm) long x 2-inches (5.08 cm) wide.
