Manufactured in the United States and packaged in a very lightly shopworn, black, red, and white paper covered cardboard box, this unassembled, C-9 condition craftsman structure kit is comprised of bass wood lumber stock and siding, a pearl bead, two printed Bristol board sheets, a die-cut Bristol board sheet, cast pewter metal doors and windows, clear acetate glazing material, printed brick paper sheets, simulated asphalt roofing material, packages of brown and green scenic groundcover materials, and a written assembly instructions sheet with various isometric drawings. Along with the figures and vehicles that are portrayed in the listing photo, Cyanoacrylate (CA) and/or wood glue, paint and/or stain, and common hobby tools are required for completion. The base sheet (i.e., the area with the flagpole, parking, and scenic spaces) is 9.25 inches (23.495 cm) long x 4.25 inches (10.795 cm) wide, while the assembled structure is approximately 6 inches (15.24 cm) long x 2.44 inches (6.198 cm) wide. The kit depicts a prototype building that was constructed by The Kansas City Southern Railway Company in Hornbeck, Louisiana. |
