Convention commemorative set comprised of a Duluth Missabe and Iron Range boxcar (with "Safety First" and "1999 TWiNRails" logos and reporting number DMIR 5962) with red paint and dark green, gold, white, and yellow printing and a Minneapolis Northfield and Southern Railway boxcar (with "1999 TWiNRails" logos and reporting number MNS 1036) with a black roof and ends, brown paint, and white printing.

Released in June 1999 and individually jewel-boxed with a special run paper insert label and no paper set liner, these C-10 condition 1944 AAR 40 Foot Single Sliding Door Boxcars have body end printing, truck mounted dummy knuckle couplers, etched brass Ajax brake wheels, Apex roofwalks, and stirrup steps, and low profile injection molded plastic wheel-sets.
