Manufactured in the United States and packaged in an open, very lightly shopworn black, red, and white paper covered cardboard box; this unassembled C-9 condition craftsman structure kit is comprised of a printed cardboard sheet, four strips of corrugated aluminum roofing material, pre-cut scribed wood, stripwood, pewter metal window castings, steel wire, and written assembly and isometric drawing sheets.

Along with the figures and scenic items that are portrayed in the photo of a built-up model and on the kit's box lid, Cyanoacrylate (CA) and/or wood glue, paint and/or stain, and common hobby tools are required for completion.

Assembled, this model is 6.25-inches (15.875 cm) long x 3.75-inches (9.525 cm) wide.
