Atlas Model Railroad Co., Inc. 50th Anniversary (1949 – 1999) Party Edition ACF 60 Foot Auto Parts Boxcar, with a silver roof, red ends, red body sills, gold paint, and black, red, and white printing.

Bearing a pair of factory applied motifs, one side of the car body bears an Atlas 50th Anniversary logo and “Celebrating 50 Years of World Wide Leadership in Model Railroading!” text, while the remaining side is adorned with an Atlas company timeline, which spans the firm's 1924 founding, its 1949 incorporation, and a 50th year anniversary, in 1999.

In C-9 condition with body end printing, truck mounted Rapido couplers, and brown injection molded plastic, low-profile wheel-sets, this commemorative model was presented to guests who attended the Atlas anniversary celebration party.
